The hotel is very conveniently located, right at the city center, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Additionally, it is just outside the grounds of the guesthouse down to the lake, providing easy access to beautiful Lago Correntoso beach.
All aspects of our stay were excellent.

We had an amazing stay at a lovely guesthouse with incredible views and access to the lake. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby beaches, and the staff was helpful and accommodating with providing maps and recommendations.
The noise level from other guests' rooms was a bit bothersome at times.

Beautiful views and comfortable rooms with great amenities, such as a cozy living room with a fireplace and hammock. I also liked the location, close to a pretty lake and with easy access to the city center.
The staff seemed uninterested in helping, and the breakfast was quite average. I found the price to be too high for the value I received.

The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and useful recommendations. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to both the town and attractions nearby. The view from our room was breathtaking, and the room was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the relaxing lounge area.
The carpet in our room was old and musty, which took away from the overall appearance of the room. we found it a bit inconvenient not being able to control the temperature in our room.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and helpful, just like Sergio at the front desk who went above and beyond. The rooms have an amazing view of the lake and mountains, making your stay even more enjoyable. And breakfast, oh my, it is absolutely delicious.
All was perfect, no room for improvement.

I had an incredible time at this hotel. The location is perfect as it is very close to Lago Correntoso beach, which has a private pathway to it. I loved walking just outside the grounds of the guesthouse down to the lake. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options and high quality. Additionally, the staff was helpful, polite, and very welcoming which made me feel at home.
